AEP rose $.20 or .6 percent, to $31.19.
ConEd fell $.04 or .1 percent, to $41.76.
Duke Energy rose $.11 or .7 percent, to $16.21.
Pepco Holdings fell $.02 or .1 percent, to $15.50.
