Baxter rose $.59 or 1.1 percent, to $55.14.
Boston Scientific rose $.02 or .3 percent, to $8.39.
Hospira rose $.96 or 2.0 percent, to $47.91.
Johnson & Johnson rose $.53 or .8 percent, to $63.37.
Medtronic rose $.21 or .5 percent, to $42.65.
St Jude Medical rose $.36 or 1.0 percent, to $37.07.
Stryker rose $.44 or .9 percent, to $50.84.
