Related Symbols: TYC
At 10: 17 a.m. EST, it looks like a Tyco International Inc. (NYSE: TYC) option investor sold roughly 4,000 April 37 calls at the bid price of 65 cents. These out-of-the-money options have an implied volatility of 22%. The company did not announce any news this morning, but keep in mind that the market expects its earnings report sometime around April 29 (after April options expiration). The action we saw out of the gate suggests at least one investor expects limited upside in the stock throughout the near-term. TYC shares are currently trading up 30 cents to $35.91.
